5s for hospice!

Celebrating World Hospice & Palliative Care Day 2018

The Hospice Palliative Care Association of South Africa (HPCA) will be holding a 5-a-side soccer tournament to raise funds for the Association.

The action-packed tournament will consist of 16 teams that will battle it out on Saturday, 13 October at Hellenic Football Field, Greenpoint. Each team will represent one of HPCA’s member hospices in the Western Cape, giving them exposure and acknowledgement for the work that they do. Once you have registered your team, please decide from our below member hospices which one you would like to represent. Once confirmed, please email shaun@hpca.co.za.

Example: Hi, my teams name is Soccer friends and I would like to represent Boland hospice.

We’re inviting you to enter a team (or two!), and to represent one of our member hospices. The entry fee per team is R1000 (Max 8-10 players). You get to have fun, battle it out with other teams, give exposure to a hospice, plus –  the winning team stands to win R6000 plus other cool prizes!

Your support helps HPCA to ensure that HPCA member hospices can continue to deliver quality care to those in need.
