The route stretches 126 km, starting at Baiona and ending at Santiago de Compostela. peaking to Shaun Thomas (HPCA, Communications) she mentioned that: “Working within the hospice sector for the past 12 years, I have experienced the work hospice staff give to their patients and what is required in a hospice environment. It is amazing to see the passion and compassion hospice staff show towards their patients and families”
