Welcome to the member’s only Best Practice Policies page.

This is an initiative of the Accreditation Committee and in response to feedback received that members who are working their way through the HPCA Standards for Palliative Healthcare Services, would greatly benefit from having good templates to work with.

The Best Practice Policies uploaded to this page are from 4-and-5-star hospices and sites and are available via a login. The login details for viewing have been emailed to all members.
