Accommodation
Accommodation at the Southern Sun Elangeni Maharani Hotel can be booked when registering for the conference.

Travel
XL Millennium is able to assist with travel arrangements if you wish. Simply mark this on the registration form, and an XL Millennium travel consultant will contact you to make arrangements.
Transfers
Transfers are available between King Shaka International Airport and Southern Sun Elangeni Maharani Hotel.
The rate of R225 is for a one-way pre-booked transfer from King Shaka International Airport to the above hotel. The same rate of R225 will be applicable for the return from the hotel to the airport. The fee includes a meet & greet at the airport, private vehicles used only for the HPCA guests, no waiting and prepaid services.
This transfer service can be booked when registering.
There are other taxi services available at the airport on arrival, at a lower fee, however on a first come, first serve basis and strictly cash.
