Your donation can help us achieve improvements. In addition to our regular work, this year, we have a special focus on advocating for improvements in the following areas:
- Ensuring everyone can access palliative care – this includes palliative care for vulnerable and minority groups
- Palliative care for children and young adults
- Grief and bereavement support
- Supporting carers of people who are dying
- Improving the end of life care in aged care
As a regular donor, you will receive a discount on the registration for our national conference and upcoming campaigns and events as well as be sent our weekly newsletter (optional) to keep you up to date on all our work, events, and the important issues to the palliative care sector.
