It is with deep sadness that we say farewell to Dr Sarah. Her fierce commitment and dedication to the care of her patients always remained her priority, in spite of the challenges she encountered. She was a strong advocate for our patients which we need  to continue and sustain. Our thoughts are with her family and colleagues at Highway Hospice at this very sad  time.
