World Hospice and Palliative Care Day

“To choose hope is to step firmly forward into the howling wind, baring one’s chest to the elements, knowing that, in time, the storm will pass.” – Archbishop Desmond Tutu

The last few years have been grief filled. For everyone. Globally, there are billions of ‘the walking wounded’. And we are all grieving. There are those that are facing life-threatening diagnoses, and there are those that are grieving both literal and emotional deaths. But there is hope.

We can help each other to heal hearts and communities.

Let’s stand together in solidarity

Let’s wear a ribbon around our right wrist on the 8th October as a sign that we are grieving – whether individually or in solidarity with other.
