The Hospice Palliative Care Association of South Africa (HPCA) hosted its annual conference from the 15 – 18 September 2014 at the Lagoon Beach Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. The theme for this years event ” Who Cares?” attracted more than 400 delegates from all parts of the world which included Belgium, United Kingdom, Malawi and Central Africa just to mention a few.
