Palliative Care Milestones

Since 1979, the APCC has been a cornerstone of compassionate care, marking significant milestones and celebrating the achievements of its dedicated members. Providing inter-disciplinary palliative care across South Africa is a profound achievement, sustained in large part by the resilience and resourcefulness of the many members who rely on self initiated funding efforts to ensure this vital service continues. The acknowledgment of expertise and contributions by medical aids strengthens our ability to remain self-sustainable, highlighting the collective value we bring to patient-centred care.
