Dr Sarah Fakroodeen, the epitome of care and compassion. Many Palprac members worked with Sarah, were taught by Sarah and certainly learned from Sarah. Her years of commitment to palliative medicine will never be forgotten. Condolences to her team at Highway Hospice, her friends and her family.
