How has mentoring from the APCC helped you and your team in your day-to-day work?

The APCC has helped us by providing mentorship to go from a 2-Star level to a 3-Star. We provide the HDMS system for our monthly stats and our R/N are also supported by the APCC for the Palliative Care course. We are also being supported with Dry medicals. All of the knowledge that we are gaining is being applied to provide quality palliative care for our patients.
